By accessing or using MCPify services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). MCPify is a product of Ayfie International AS, a company registered in Norway (organization number 988 485 281).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including users who connect cloud storage accounts such as Google Drive or Gmail.

MCPify provides cloud connector services that enable semantic search across your cloud storage providers. Our services include:

• Google Drive Search (gdrive.mcp.mcpify.org) - Indexes and searches your Google Drive files
• Gmail Search (gmail.mcp.mcpify.org) - Indexes and searches your Gmail messages

These services operate via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and are designed to integrate with AI assistants like Claude.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

The Services and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Ayfie International AS. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to your data. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Search results depend on the content indexed from your connected accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayfie International AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You may stop using the Services at any time by disconnecting your accounts through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
